Who Sells FHA Leads?

feature photo

LeadCritic has done a little digging and discovered who is generating FHA mortgage leads.

Many lead providers are doing a nice job of making sure their marketing approaches filter this increasingly tight niche of qualified borrowers. For example, Bills.com just announced their FHA Select and FHA Stimulus Select lead programs that a being generated by their “Know Your Limits” consumer eligibility tools and campaign. This program not only screens the borrower, but also helps set their expectation as to their potential eligibility for one of these special programs.

Here are some of the lead providers that Kaleidico lead management clients are using as client sources for their FHA loan programs.

As LeadCritic cautions in his post check for the following in your FHA mortgage lead provider:

  • No default or pre-population of FHA qualifying questions (i.e., Have you ever declared bankruptcy? Form default is “yes” selected radio button). This is not making it convenient for the customer it is selling you a fraudulent lead.
  • Has specific loan amount, property value, and equity related questions
  • Has specific FHA (not subprime) related qualification questions

Finding the combination of the right lead provider and the right niche loan programs can make this a top producing business system.

  1. FHA.com is currently looking for a few FHA oriented lenders to partner with directly. Contact paul@mortgageloan.com

  2. What was I thinking, Paul? FHA.com is obviously a logical top choice for FHA mortgage leads too.
