		<description>I wholeheartedly agree with the comment that contact information is not a lead. Many companies sell this information as leads. There should exist different levels of service for &quot;leads&quot; - updated contact information, unqualified information from the Internet (which is what most sold leads are), qualified leads that have already been contacted, and finally, a service that offers the professional to close the business for you. Most of the opportunities from any of these streams are lost, as there is a delay in steps of the process.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;In our fast-paced work-life, it is very difficult to get professionals on the phone. The only people contacting them should be able to handle all aspects of the sales cycle.</description>
