A lender can have their mortgage quotes automated to borrowers using our mortgage product and pricing engine, therefore, that automation takes so much of the work out of the quoting process. The other important factors in succeeding on Zillow as a lender is to be extremely competetive on fees, to be consistent in quoting, and to always respond quickly to borrowers that request a Good Faith Estimate. I have worked with many loan officers in setting up their auto-quoting on Zillow, therefore, I have seen what works.</description>
